Motorola G47 Power unveiled with a 108 MP camera and 78 hours of battery life
The Motorola G47 Power is an upgraded version of the standard G47, with a larger battery and faster charging. The manufacturer has retained its signature ergonomics while improving the smartphone’s multimedia capabilities.
Display and design
The Motorola G47 Power features a flat 6.67-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1604 × 720 pixels, a 120 Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 1,050 nits in automatic mode. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i.
The larger-capacity battery has made the phone somewhat bulkier: its thickness has increased to 8.89 mm, and it weighs 215 g. The device is rated IP64 for dust and splash resistance, and its durability meets the requirements of the US military standard MIL-STD-810H.
Hardware
The phone is powered by the 6 nm MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, paired with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. Storage can be expanded with a microSD card of up to 1 TB. The smartphone runs Android 16.
Cameras
The main camera system consists of two modules:
- 108 MP – main sensor with an f/1.7 aperture and 3× digital zoom;
- 2 MP – macro camera.
The front of the phone houses an 8 MP camera for selfies and video calls.
Battery
The new phone’s standout feature is its 7,000 mAh silicon-carbon battery, replacing the 5,200 mAh battery in the standard model. According to the manufacturer, the smartphone can last up to 78 hours on a single charge.
TurboPower wired fast charging via the USB-C port has been boosted to 30 W. The phone also supports 6 W reverse wired charging to power other devices.
Other features
Stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support handle audio playback. The smartphone also has a 3.5 mm headphone jack, NFC for contactless payments and a fingerprint scanner built into the side-mounted power button.

Sales of the Moto G47 Power in Europe will begin in the coming days. The smartphone will be available in three Pantone colors: Capri (turquoise), Nautical Blue (dark blue) and Impenetrable (charcoal black). The recommended price in European Union countries is 339 euros.
