Owners of iPhone 18 Pro report vertical green and pink stripes on OLED screens a few days after the smartphone’s launch. Some devices have already been replaced, but there is insufficient data to claim a widespread display defect.

Videos of the iPhone 18 Pro have appeared on social media showing vertical pink and green lines running from the top to the bottom of the displays. According to the authors of the posts, a full factory reset of the smartphone does not resolve the issue.

The scale of the issue is currently unknown, so there is no basis to consider it a design flaw affecting the entire series or to link it to a specific OLED panel supplier. It is also unknown whether the smartphones shown were subjected to impacts, strong pressure, or other forms of stress.

According to reports from individual Reddit users, Apple has already replaced some iPhone 18 Pro units with display issues. The company has not officially commented on the potential screen defect yet.
