INNO3D has unveiled the ultra-slim GeForce RTX 5060 Ti with 16 GB of memory.
INNO3D has presented the GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16GB PRO – a graphics card with a thickness of only 20 mm. The new product occupies one expansion slot and is primarily intended for workstations, servers, and compact PCs.
Features
The dimensions of the graphics card are 265 × 111 × 20 mm. For comparison, the standard RTX 5060 Ti Twin X2 from INNO3D are 41 mm thick and occupy two slots.

Instead of several open-type fans, a cooling system with a turbine fan is used. It pushes air through the radiator and expels the heated air outside the chassis. An evaporative chamber is also used to dissipate heat from GPU. The metal back plate protects the printed circuit board and additionally helps dissipate heat.
At the core of the graphics card is GPU NVIDIA Blackwell with 4608 CUDA cores. Boost frequency is 2572 MHz; there is no factory overclock. The claimed power consumption reaches 180 W, and the recommended power supply unit wattage is at least 650 W. Power is supplied via a standard 8-pin PCIe connector located on the back of the graphics card. This placement allows avoiding the need for additional space above the map for a power cable.

INNO3D installed 16 GB of GDDR7 memory with an effective speed of 28 Gbit/s. Memory is connected via a 128-bit bus, and its bandwidth reaches 448 GB/s. The graphics card received fourth-generation RT cores and fifth-generation tensor cores, and also supports DLSS and ray tracing. Also included are a ninth-generation NVIDIA video encoder and a sixth-generation video decoder.

Three DisplayPort 2.1b and one HDMI 2.1b are available for connecting monitors. The maximum supported resolution is 7680 × 4320 pixels (8K). To connect to the motherboard, the PCI Express 5.0 interface is used.
The main advantage of the RTX 5060 Ti 16GB PRO is its minimal thickness. Thanks to the single-slot design, adjacent PCIe slots remain free. This is especially important for multi-card workstations, servers, and compact systems.
Release dates and price
INNO3D has not yet revealed the price and release date for the GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16GB PRO. The graphics card has already appeared in the manufacturer’s catalog with full technical specifications.
