Retroid unveiled Pocket Duo and Duo Lite with dual screens in Nintendo DS style
Retroid revealed the configurations and prices of its dual-screen Android consoles, Pocket Duo and Pocket Duo Lite.
The flagship model features two OLED displays with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a more powerful hardware platform, while the Duo Lite offers simpler specifications and a significantly lower price.
Retroid Pocket Duo
Pocket Duo will be a more powerful model in the new lineup. The device features an unusual design with two displays stacked one above the other.

At the top of the chassis is a 5.5-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels. The lower display is slightly smaller: its diagonal measures 4.5 inches, and its resolution is 1280 × 960 pixels. Both displays support a refresh rate of 120 Hz.

The Pocket Duo is powered by the Qualcomm Dragonwing Q-7790 processor. Retroid offers only one configuration: 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage.

Autonomous operation is provided by a 6000 mAh battery with support for 27 W wired charging. The console runs on Android 16 and supports Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.4. It also features DisplayPort output to an external display.
Retroid Pocket Duo Lite
Pocket Duo Lite is a more affordable alternative to the flagship model. To reduce costs, Retroid used simpler displays and a hardware platform. The console features two TFT screens with a refresh rate of 60 Hz. The top screen has a 5.5-inch diagonal and 1920 × 1080 pixels resolution; the bottom one measures 4.2 inches diagonally with 1280 × 960 pixels resolution.

The Pocket Duo Lite is powered by the Qualcomm Dragonwing QCS6125 processor. Unlike the Pocket Duo, the Lite will be available in two configurations: with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage, or with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage.

The battery capacity is the same as the higher-end version: 6000 mAh, but the maximum charging power has been reduced to 18 W. Pocket Duo Lite runs on Android 15 and supports Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0. For wired connectivity, it features a USB Type-C port with USB 3.1 support.
