Samsung Galaxy S27 Pro and Ultra battery capacities
Details about the batteries in Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S27 Pro and Galaxy S27 Ultra flagship smartphones have appeared in the Safety Korea certification database. The certification documents also include photos of the batteries for both models.
According to the published information, both batteries are manufactured by Zhuhai CosMX Power. The Galaxy S27 Pro battery has a rated capacity of 5,087 mAh, while its typical capacity is expected to be 5,200 mAh. The Galaxy S27 Ultra, meanwhile, will get a battery with a rated capacity of 5,534 mAh. Its typical capacity is expected to reach 5,700 mAh.

This would be the biggest battery-capacity increase in years for the Galaxy S Ultra lineup. Samsung has used 5,000 mAh batteries for several generations, including the Galaxy S26 Ultra.

The Galaxy S27 series is expected to be officially unveiled in early 2027. The prices of the new smartphones are not yet known.
